Our Objective

We provide Planned Preventative Maintenance contracts usually based on two to four visits a year to ensure your HVAC equipment operates as efficiently as possible and to also reduce the risk of a breakdown, especially in the summer months! Our dedicated team of engineers will also ensure your business meets all the current environmental and legislative requirements. All of our engineers are fully trained in all aspects of the HVAC industry and have a wealth of experience and knowledge on most makes and models of air-conditioning and chiller plant equipment.

Remember leak checks under F Gas changed on 1st January 2017
Mandatory documented leak checks apply to air conditioning and refrigeration equipment based on according to how much damage could be caused to the atmosphere if the whole charge were released. The frequency of the test inspections is based on the GWP of the refrigerant multiplied by the estimated volume contained in each individual system – this gives the CO2e figure. Service ban that affects existing refrigeration equipment
In January 2020 there was a ban on using virgin HFCs to service refrigeration equipment that uses a refrigerant with a GWP above 2500. This mainly affects R-404A equipment, but is also relevant to plants using refrigerants such as R-507, R-434A and R-422D.
How to calculate F-gas GWP?
You calculate the carbon dioxide equivalent of a quantity of F gas by multiplying the mass of the gas (in tonnes), by the gas’ Global Warming Potential (GWP).
